Biography
Tomáš Gajlík (born in 1979) belongs to young generati on of jazz pianists. He grew up in musician family, where his father, bass player, led him to love the music from early childhood. Not only to jazz, but the music generally, that results later on his style of play and his compositi ons. Aft er fi nishing art school and high school in 2003 he start his studies at presti gious Music University in Graz, Austria.
Since that ti me he has collaborated in various combos and bands with great musicians as: Red Holloway, Harry Sokal, John Purcell, Laurie Antonioli, Marek Balata, Matt hew Mitchell, Steve Wood, Howard Curti s, Michal Bugala, Jure Pukl, Milo Suchomel, Jozef Dodo Šošoka, Robo Opatovský, Lucia Lužinská and many more.
