The most called jazz doublebass player in Slovakia. Born in the family of musicians. He studied at J.L. Bella Conservatory in Žilina and later College of Arts in Brati slava. Aft er fi nishing studies he was a member of SĽUK, Milo Suchomel Quartet, Matúš Jakabčic Big Band, Pavol Bodnár Interjazzional Band. He has cooperated with Harry Sokal, Jeff Gardner, Howard Curti s, Danilo Memolli, Lee Andrews Davison, Jánusz Muniak, Sandro Gibellini, Lýdia Muray, Karen Adwords, Jurajk Bartoš, Ľuboš Šrámek, Ondrej Krajňák, Michal Bugala and so on… He has been on many competi ti ons and gained several awards : Jazz Hoeilart internati onal – 4th place (Belgia), Getxo (Spain), Glachau (Germany) – 1st place, Lucia Lužinská All Time Jazz, E.B.U. live concert.
